Refund policy
At Emerge Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality, medical-grade skincare products. Because of the nature of skincare and to protect the safety and integrity of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have left our office or been shipped. This ensures that every product you receive is new, authentic, and has not been tampered with.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Email us at info@emergemdmedspa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue store credit.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation to support your claim.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot fulfill your order due to inventory or product availability. All other sales are final.
